Termageddon's* website policies. I used to stress out about giving advice to clients on their Privacy Policy, wondering if the free versions were up to snuff. Teachable* is my course platform of choice. I love that they take care of all the sales tax complexities for me, and I also use their back office option to automate affiliate payouts. Less administrative work for me so I have more time to focus on creating - the part of my work I love. I also really like taking courses on Teachable, so I love it as a student too! Wave. I use the free version and it integrates with my bank account. I use Zapier to pull in transactions from Square and Stripe to cut down on what I have to enter manually. You can also attach scans of receipts to transactions, which helps me stay organized.

Zapier connects with Teachable so when someone purchases their template I can automatically have them added to a MailerLite mailing list with a welcome email Sequence. I also use Zapier to connect to Stripe, Square, and Paypal to automate most of my bookkeeping in Wave. This one gives me hours back each week!

Crowdcast* My favorite webinar tool. Registrants can drop in questions ahead of time (great for different time zones) and the recording is available at the same link after the webinar. This is what I use to host all my webinars and workshops.
