HoneyBook (free trial).* This one is a game changer! I used to manually adjust proposals, send them through HelloSign, then send a separate contract and invoice - all created by me individually. The Contract Club.* You get all the core contracts for creative service providers, educators, digital content creators, for a ONE TIME fee. Some of my faves are the client service agreements, membership terms, course terms, podcast guest release, cancellation agreement, postponement agreement, contractor agreements... you get the idea. I bought this toward the end of 2024 and wish I'd found it earlier.

Termageddon's* website policies. I used to stress out about giving advice to clients on their Privacy Policy, wondering if the free versions were up to snuff. Then I found Termageddon - the privacy policy automatically updates on your website when laws change. You just plug in the code and never have to think about it again.

In late 2024, I moved all my courses and my email marketing to Podia*. They are rolling out platform improvements designed to help you sell more digital products and they have amazing customer service. If you are looking for a simple but robust solution for selling digital products and email marketing, this is it.

Wave. I use the free version and it integrates with my bank account. I use Zapier to pull in transactions from Square and Stripe to cut down on what I have to enter manually. You can also attach scans of receipts to transactions, which helps me stay organized.

Scale with Templates.* Learn how to earn more, work less, and scale your business by launching a successful Squarespace template shop! I found this course to be detailed and clear on the steps you need to take to create your own template shop. Highly recommend.

$9 Email Marketing Membership.* by Liz Wilcox. I’m a member and have found this super helpful in giving me newsletter prompts and ideas. You get a newsletter template once a week, monthly live Q&As, and trainings. It’s a great value.

Make Money with your Blog. Of course I had to mention my own Squarepsace blogging course! This self-paced course is perfect for anyone who has a blog on Squarespace or is interested in starting one.
